These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GameTrack.golf mobile application and website ("Service") operated by Brian Fuller ("we," "us," or "our"). By using GameTrack.golf, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use GameTrack.golf. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you become aware of unauthorized use, contact us immediately.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your information current.
You agree to use GameTrack.golf for its intended purpose: organizing golf events, tracking scores, and communicating with fellow golfers. You agree not to:
You retain ownership of content you create on GameTrack.golf (scores, messages, event details, profile information). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, store, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the Service.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or the Service.
GameTrack.golf facilitates the organization of golf events and the tracking of scoring games. Any financial arrangements between users (entry fees, wagers, payouts) are solely between the participating users. GameTrack.golf does not process payments, hold funds, or take responsibility for the outcome of any financial arrangements between users.
We strive to keep GameTrack.golf available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
GameTrack.golf offers free and paid tiers. Paid features and pricing will be clearly described before purchase. Subscription terms, cancellation, and refund policies will be provided at the point of purchase and governed by the applicable app store's policies (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
You may delete your account at any time from the app's Settings screen. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
GameTrack.golf is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. Golf scores and statistics tracked in the app are for informational and recreational purposes and should not be relied upon for official handicap or tournament purposes unless explicitly stated.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brian Fuller and GameTrack.golf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages related to financial arrangements between users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of GameTrack.golf after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
